DIY TEMPORARY TATTOOS.
Background #1: here in the Philippines, it's [sort of] required to have a face painting booth for birthday parties, since when you get an entertainment, such as clowns and magicians, a face painter is usually included in the party package. That's actually what we had for my [first kid] son's first birthday party a year ago. And to tell you the truth, I wasn't happy about it. I wasn't sad nor disappointed -- I kind of ignored the fact that we had face painting for guests that day. Although, a few kids [by that, I mean 3 to 5] tried; sadly, it wasn't much of a hit for adult guests. I don't blame them. I would brush that idea, too [I would not want a sparkling butterfly on my face]. Simply put, I feel like our guests were all too shy to try out something as shiny as that. Plus, the fact that they'd have to sit down, their face close to the painter's face, and wait for a whole 5 minutes, someone as awkward-penguin as myself would really just throw that idea away.
Background #2: I've always wanted to have tattoos [emphasis on being plural]. An inspiring quote, or birds, or a dream catcher. But I never had the courage to actually do it [too painful for my liking].
This would totally solve the problem! I admit I'm a stalker of Green Wedding Shoes. And while scrolling through their world of surreal reality, I happen to chance upon Arlene & Jake's wedding. I am totally in love with casual weddings, and their backyard picnic idea hits deep my heart.

To delight their guests during ceremony + reception, they provided them with DIY temporary tattoos. *lightbulb* I fell in love with the idea. I think it's hip. It's fresh. It's creative. It's easy. It's fun. It's a really unique activity to keep everyone busy -- imagine pictures of guests doing these on their arms, then taking pictures, and stuff like that. I also think it can be an excuse to using deer art.

Long story short, I think cool dudes are gonna love this.
I just really hope our guests would fall for this, because I would totally empty the bowl, if I were them.
Here's to wishing!
