pictures for baptism invitations

A pre-event photo shoot was one of the things I considered while planning the Belle's baptism, since I needed pictures for the invitations. It was also in my list of things I was sure of to have a photo display just about anywhere in the reception venue. Of course, it had to be more than just pretty. So I originally wanted to hire a professional photographer. Sadly, my husband was firm when he said the additional expense (It was PhP5,000. Or even more) was out of the question.

Luckily, I had my photography pal, Candy the Canon 40D, to do the shoot myself. These are samples of what we had. I saved bucket of tears; I didn't cry beg for a professional photo shoot, since I quite liked how mine turned out. [It is my dream to be a wedding/couple/baby portrait photographer so...] I also got to practice how to set up. [Shooting babies can be really tough, not to mention a whole lot of scary. With all the wobbling heads and what not, last thing I want is to break my baby's neck.]
